14. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, but kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid this fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
